Steps to translate a blog into another language:

Flag Languages cannot be translated by clicking on a flag in the header. They must be translated in the same manner as all other languages.
Step One: Right click anywhere on the blog.
Step Two: Left click on the menu that has appeared, then left click on "Translate to [whichever language is given."
Step Three: Click on the translate icon in the second toolbar from the top.
Step Four: In the box that says, "Translated selection," click on "Show original."
Step Five: In the rectangular box that has appeared, check the small box next to "Always translate pages from English," then click the down caret next to that language and pick your language, then click "Translate."
Step Six: Click the "Read aloud" icon on the second toolbar from the top, which is next to the "Translate" icon.
Step Six: Pause the recording momentarily, then, in "Voice options" choose a speaker that matches your choice of language.

When you're through reading the blog and want to return to, say, English, you must go back to "Voice options" and pick an English speaker.
